It's actually good, if you want to heard any tip, if you make more comics you would improve with the time, in my case I had to draw for three months to get a drawing style, and of course you have to upload / publish your comics, becasuse you would never be sure if you comic is good enough if you don't share it with the world.

As a comic, why am I saying this is a good comic? cause it has a good balance with text and graphic, the pages are easy to read and it's not a lot of text. Plus the concept it's simple but interesting for a serie, blues vs reds fighting each other for stupid reasons XD.

As a art, it's just practice, I was looking your art and I think you have a good base, but you need to draw all the days, evenif it is only 30 min per day, to not lose skill.

[Title Suggestions Needed]

I don't know if this tip would be helpful, but when I was writing my own histories, the names are one of the most difficult things to do, so I took examples real life names, for example I created a fictional country named Jerssana, and the adjetive is Jerssen, so I can use Jerssen Army, Jerssen Union, Jerssen Commonwealth, Gulf of Jerssana, Jerssen Sea, etc. Also there is not a rule on names, but I recommend to make an easy and short remember name, because imagine your characters saying a long name, I'm a comic maker, so each word count, and I'm very careful with the words in each panel. So... In my personal opinion I like the first one.
